I really don´t care if he has lied before about something it is scandalous that the content of the above speech has not been covered in our media.
Why did reuters for example not cover this like they did in the link you posted about his claims about the Ukrainian war ? The only reason I see considering the massive accusations is they were not allowed to by someone who seems to have the power to filter what get´s reported and what not, that should not be that way in a region that calls itself a democracy.
He was answering an US journalist btw and it does not even get reported in the USA, very strange indeed don´t you think ?

Unfortunately (for most people) this is not simply a Russia vs "the west" by proxy war: there are other elements involved, all vying for power once the fighting dies down.
In reality, if outside forces are to be involved they should be bombing the shit out of BOTH Assad and ISIS, stripping each of their ability to harm the other.
AND the UN should have an "administration-in-a-box" set up and waiting to be dropped into the vacuum that would subsequently exist - but, naturally and historically, anything practical asked of the UN falls flat even before the starting pistol's been taken out of it's box.
IF Assad is buying oil from ISIS, then you can bet your life US$ are not involved at any stage - right, Barack? That means that already a precedent has been set globally for non-US$ oil trade and others may well use that precedent to their own advantage.
It's a damn good thing this site flies below the intelligence services radar.

It's been Assad that's been buying oil off of ISIS and focusing on the 'moderate' opposition (which I read is now down to 7 blokes), because he's known all along that casting it as an Assad v ISIS/ Al Qaeda fight will enhance the grimes claims to be the only credible government. Which is true, unfortunately, as it was true about Saddam and Ghaddafi.

Russia's problem is that its vast wealth in natural resources is matched by an incredible poverty of civil society.
The poor sods just can't trust each other enough to do anything together in a relaxed, ordered and voluntary manner.

This is not concerning the Russian media, I don´t give a fuck how the media works over there, my concerns are why does the media not think that accusations from a world leader saying that USA created and arm ISIS and even know who buys their oil and could be involved in it is not newsworthy

Indeed H&P son. It's beyond any reasonable doubt that Russia was directly involved in killing hundreds of innocent people.
The history of Russia is long, complex and incredibly sad, but i find it hard to sympathise with people that back their policy, whatever their narrow world view. People in the west that back Russia thoroughly - the far left in other words - are total wankers. Will be interesting to see who they back in the Syrian campaign; the totalitarian regime they like because it's not the west or the Islamofacist groups they like because it not the west.

And I like Russia and Russians. Incredible place. They are being held down by vicious, corrupt leadership, as they have been for centuries.
Russia should be at the top table because it has a diverse well-educated people, tons of raw materials, and sits between chia and he EU.
Instead the potential to advance the economy has been squandered by a currupt political class pillaging the nation.
Putin has had what, 15 years in power and has abjectly failed to build proper institutions, tackle corruption and diversify the economy.
